To remain relevant and competitive within the media landscape, media providers need to be aware of new opportunities and threats to their industry. This paper aims to provide Crunchyroll with a roadmap targeted towards the development of a product that can potentially take advantage of these new technologies.

Kotatsu tables, for those who don't know are heated tables with blankets designed to keep the heat in. Users sit on the floor (which I prefer anyway) and can warm up while doing normal table bound activities. This is a more small sized one day project I did in the winter of 2016/17. Having moved into an apartment with large rooms and brick walls, heating the place took a while and a pretty penny. I always liked the idea of the Kotatsu tables from Japan but with retail versions costing an extraordinary amount for a tiny table, assembling one was the only option. 

Influenced through various cultural values in the East Asian region,Three Line Whiskey is a premium whisky brand that showcases attributes of bamboo and the jasmine flower in both in the final product. Reflected in the ingredients of the product itself and the philosophy of the brand Three Line Whiskey uses bamboo to represent humility and strength alongside the jasmine flower to represent elegance. Three Line Whiskey is a whiskey that represents not a single country, but the entire continent as a unified front in order to face up its contemporary western rivals.

The United States Census Bureau estimates that 42 million U.S. residents originate from outside the U.S. One million are here as international students contributing $35.8 billion to the U.S. economy. This paper was a project conducted as part of my Master degree in marketing. The project aims to discover the differences that this market segment has in regards to viewing habits, preferences and device ownership. It also explored the suitability of this segment for further market research and development.

With population levels climbing, the land available for housing in urban America is constantly shrinking. Having small homes may help ease this problem but the smaller real estate means that traditional household amenities are likely to be replaced with more space saving solutions. Large and space consuming, bathtubs are commonly exchanged for a shower units. However, some small homeowners may still prefer a bath over a shower. This project aims to design a bath for micro apartments within the US market to allow homeowners a bathing solution without compromising the space they have available.

Showers are great. They save water and help you get clean. But the eco-friendly shower that you find yourself stuck with is less than stellar, you want to find an improvement. In this project I design, iterate and manufacture my own showerhead with inspirations from laminar flow fountains.

One of the most iconic warplanes in the world, the Mirage 3 family is a wonderful thing to behold as a scale model. Building the 1/48 Mirage 3 by Academy, I find out why it has many negative criticisms and figure out ways to deal with them.
